Half day session that includes how to conduct successful Table Top Exercises plus complete scripts for four different Table Tops.   Attendees will learn how to conduct successful Table Top exercises. Discuss four different exercises with your peers; examine the components of each and learn how you can effectively facilitate them. Receive a CD with valuable exercise injects allowing you to recreate these drills for your organization.

This session will review the “critical success factors” that lead to a quality “business impact analysis” (BIA). It will also discuss the pitfalls that probably guarantee failure.

Areas discussed include:
• What should the project plan be?
• How long should it take?
• What kind of survey should be used? How long?
• What should be the goals?
• What about interviews versus workshops?
• What is the Output?
• Sponsors: are they required? Who should it be? Who shouldn’t it be?
• How do you get management buy-in to conduct a BIA?
• What kind and how much resource does it require to conduct a BIA? What % participation is required? What % should be expected?

In addition, sample surveys will be reviewed and distributed along with sample After Action Reports.

• Sample parts of surveys from actual questionnaires from manufacturing, healthcare, and not for profits: financials, minimum resources, interdependencies
