Lee Eisen, CBCP and MBCI, has significant background in Business Continuity Management and Compliance Programs. He has subject matter expertise in With 32 years in technology, Eisen has dedicated 15 years to the business continuity practices. He has lead development of global BCM plans for financial and information distribution institutions.

As a certified business continuity professional, Mr. Eisen has developed Bio-Terror Readiness Plans for New Jersey Medical Center, Business Continuity for an international Re-Insurance firm, focusing on all aspect of the Operation including physical plant, supply chain management and Executive status reporting. Mr. Eisen has managed Global Business Continuity Planning for a Bank with operations in Asia, Latin America, Europe, and North America. He has successfully provided crisis management, recovering business and technology operations for Mutual Funds companies.

As Program Manager, Mr. Eisen established robust PMO methodology utilizing “best of breed” elements from CMM and PMP. He frequently deployed scorecards summarizing alignment, financial benefits, risk, and technology and business operation’s capabilities and capacities. He has introduced organizational change management strategies to coach, focus and motivate the staff to create a culture of resilience.

Earlier, Mr. Eisen worked as part of a team providing Project Management support for construction of electric power plants

Mr. Eisen has been a conference presenter for National Investment Company Service Association on Business Continuity in the Mutual Funds Industry.
